Your Mission Statement
Gives You Strength

A work in progress;
Know yourself
Enjoy who you are !

A Mission Statement provides you a pre-formed statement of intention. It defines your values. If you are serious enough about life to have a Life Coach then you need a Mission Statement.

My mission statement helps keep me grounded and incudes:
Always do the right thing, even if no one is looking; Be welcoming of your fellow humans. Appreciate the multi cultural nature of our world. Be members in good standing of the melting pot we live it. This shows our strength and maturity and enriches our lives. In this I also include a strong belief in Jesus Christ and in his death and resurrection many years ago. This belief is a cornerstone that enhances my life.

Just to be clear, I'm not saying I'm perfect and get it all right every time. I'm saying that because my values are pre-defined I tend to get it right more often.
An MS is a personal Road Map. For a moment imagine you are fifteen years old, you're out for the evening with two friends and one of them begins to snort some serious drugs, and says to you, "try this it's great." Without a plan for what you do and don't do, you may be unsure of how to respond. However, when your values are pre-defined you already know what is right and wrong for you. It's still not easy because it puts pressure on you with your friends but it enables you to take a confident stand.

What do you believe? Who do you trust? Are you prepared for whatever happens? Is your life complicated? When you are always prepared, your life will flow better and there will be fewer issues. Your beliefs define you. The self confidence you exude as a result will bring respect from others that will surprise you.
